Manjula Perera, founder and Managing Director of WindForce PLC, has led the company since 2010 to become Sri Lanka’s top independent renewable energy producer. Starting with a five-member team, WindForce now operates over 30 power plants across Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Uganda, and Ukraine, with a capacity exceeding 245 MW. Under Perera’s leadership, the company’s 2021 IPO raised LKR 3.2 billion, funding major projects like wind and solar plants in Mannar, Kebathigollawa, and Vavunativu.
His commitment to sustainability is reflected in initiatives like the 100MW Siyambalanduwa project and CSR work under the ‘Suvadiri’ healthcare pillar. Notably, WindForce donated a solar system to Apeksha Hospital Temple. Perera’s leadership has earned multiple awards, including the National Business Excellence Gold Award (2022). Expanding into EVs, he founded Satva Automotive and Bluesky EV. His visionary approach continues to shape Sri Lanka’s green energy future.
Navam Hapangama is a distinguished Sri Lankan business leader serving as the Director of Business Development at Lalan Group, one of the country’s largest diversified conglomerates. As a fourth-generation member of the Hapangama family, he upholds a legacy that began in 1940 with Peter Hapangama’s establishment of a rubber trading company, which evolved under successive generations into a global enterprise.

Tarindra Kaluperuma is the Deputy Managing Director of Stafford Motor Company, the authorized distributor for Honda in Sri Lanka.
He plays a key role in driving strategic growth and enhancing customer service. Under his leadership, the company has launched impactful initiatives like the Honda Recon program and partnered with major firms such as LOLC General Insurance. His efforts have contributed to Honda being recognized as Sri Lanka’s most loved motorbike brand by LMD.
